Not all exhaustion is physical.

When people talk about exhaustion, they often point to long hours, stress, or lack of sleep. But some forms of fatigue come from carrying experiences that are difficult to explain and even harder to escape.

The idea of Black Fatigue asks us to consider what happens when discrimination, inequality, and constant vigilance become part of everyday life.

This is not about assigning blame. It is about making room for empathy.
